Before curing, adjust the temperature according to the process requirements (typically 60–70°C) and set the baking time. Check the fuel level before activating the baking mode. The booth will then begin automatic curing.
After spraying and baking are complete, promptly remove the vehicle, clean the interior of the booth, close the doors, and shut off the main power supply.
The bus paint booth must be operated only by trained professionals. Unauthorized use by unqualified personnel is strictly prohibited.
Before use, inspect the electrical system, fuel supply, lighting, and ventilation components to ensure everything is functioning properly.
During operation, continuously monitor the booth's status. If a fault occurs, do not force the equipment to operate, as this may lead to serious accidents such as explosions.
When using an air compressor, ensure the circuit is intact, monitor for motor overheating during prolonged operation, and regularly check the oil level and drain the air tank.
During spraying, operators must wear respirators or gas masks, maintain a safe working distance, and avoid prolonged inhalation of solvents to prevent oxygen deficiency or poisoning.
The bus spray booth must be used strictly for spraying and baking tasks. Any unrelated operations are strictly forbidden.
Always operate and maintain the booth in accordance with the user manual, and ensure it is managed by designated professionals.
Regularly replace filter materials to maintain the effectiveness of the air filtration system.
Clean the air ducts regularly to remove accumulated paint dust and debris, preventing clogging and reducing fire hazards.
